Subsidy Information

The Montessori School of Cambridge is a not-for-profit and a charitable organization governed by a volunteer Board of Directors.  The school strives to keep fees affordable for families.

Fundraising is undertaken to equip the classrooms with high quality learning materials and to keep fees as low as possible.  The school receives wage enhancement funds through the Region of Waterloo and the province to subsidize the wages and benefits of our early childhood educators.  These funds help reduce costs to parents.

The school has a “Purchase-of-Service” agreement with the Region of Waterloo.  Families who apply through the Regional Child Care Subsidy office  and  are approved to receive childcare subsidy, may use the funds to pay childcare fees at The Montessori School of Cambridge.  You can reach their office at 519-883-2200 or visit their website.
